Meditation and Massage

Meditation works because it increases calmness, improves concentration, increases focus and ability to work efficiently, reduces stress levels, improves posture, improves well being and health.

I have studied in various schools in Thailand, completing a Traditional Thai Yoga Massage course, Facial Massage and Hot Stone and Oil Massage. I also studied Traditional Thai Massage in Greece. The benefits of massage are innumerable and it is a great way to help bring balance and restore the physical, emotional and energetic self.

Thai Yoga Massage

The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage are endless. By freeing the flow of vital energy in the body, often a deep sense of peace and restoration  can be experienced during and after a treatment. Thai massage blends elements of acupressure, Yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing and Ayurveda. Thai Yoga Massage can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. Muscles are stretched, inner organs toned and emotional and nervous tension is reduced.

Treatments are performed with the client comfortably dressed on a special mat on the floor .
Sessions are usually about lasts approximately 75 mins.

The all-over body -60/90 minutes massage

This massage is a revitalising refreshing massage focusing on energising and releasing tension from the body. Using techniques influenced  by Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Shen therapies,  the body is moved into different positions to help open joints, increase flexibility and boost the immune system.  Lie back and enjoy a relaxing and reinvigorating workout on the entire body leaving you feeling energised, lighter and freer. This is a fully clothed massage.


Head, Neck, Shoulder & Back Massage- 60 minutes–The Stress Reliever

This massage is a specific treatment to release muscle tension in the areas of the body which holds most of the stress. Head, Neck & Shoulder, Back Massage will also enhance the ability to think and concentrate, releases any blockages from this area and stimulate endorphins that improve mood and promote general relaxation. With the various different stresses life brings, this treatment is ideal to help restore the body to a more tranquil state.


Head, Neck and Shoulders Massage-30 minutes-Pampering Bliss

This massage is an ideal pick-me-up, helping the body to return to optimum health, ease & well-being. A fully clothed massage of Shoulders/neck; Scalp/face with the purpose of easing the energy channels. The goal is to clear blockages from the energy channels that cause a build-up of negative energy that are purported to cause ailments. It stimulates the endorphins from the brain that elevate the mood. Pampering Bliss!
