Classes

Ruth’s classes provide a space to enjoy the innumerable and holistic benefits of yoga. She combines influences from traditional Hatha Yoga and teachings of Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras to contemporary forms of yoga such as Vinyasa Flow, Anusara and Ashtanga.

Ruth's passion and love of Yoga and Meditation is infectious! She is currently teaching workshops and retreats on Yoga Flow, Yoga for Sports, Beginner Yoga, Yoga at Work, Gentle Yoga, Seated Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga,  Meditation, Mindfulness, Massage.

Ruth is a passionate practitioner and teacher of Yoga and Meditation having practiced and trained in both disciplines all over the world. She has taught Yoga classes, workshops, courses and retreats in Ireland and Spain. Ruth's passion and love of Yoga and Meditation is infectious!  She has.....


•10 years teaching Yoga and Meditation classes, courses, workshops and retreats in Ireland and Spain.
•Experience in teaching in many Yoga Studios and with Community Groups and Charities-Threshold Training , Free Legal Advice Centre, Bayside Senior Citizens.
•Corporate Yoga Clients have included Aer Lingus, Drop Box, Xerox, Imagine Communications Group, Helsinn Pharmaceuticals.
•Private lessons and client centred programmes created for many happy Yoginis 
•Yoga for Sports Classes with excellent results in enhancing sports performance.

As a teacher, Ruth has excellent communication skills as she is also a qualified journalist and English teacher. Her knowledge of the body is further enhanced by studying and qualifying as a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist.

Brand NEW  To Yoga – Here’s what to Bring to Yoga Class

 

Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.

New students should arrive 10 minutes before class starts for registration purposes

Try not to eat food at least an hour before the class.

All students are welcome to bring mats, blankets, cushions or pillows or any other yoga props.

Drink plenty of water before and after your class

 

Group bookings, Yoga courses, Private classes , Corporate Classes, Yoga for Sports, retreats and workshops are available on request. Open to all levels and all ages.
