It is a sports form of yoga that’s lively, energetic and builds strength, concentration and tones the body. Different classes will target different muscles and body parts for toning and strengthening.

Power Yoga is excellent for flexibility and works well to enhance performance in other sports and exercise. Yoga helps increase flexibility and suppleness and when your body is flexible and supple you are less prone to sports injuries, because your joints are kept lubricated.
