Ruth’s classes provide a space to enjoy the innumerable and holistic benefits of yoga. She combines influences from traditional Hatha Yoga and teachings of Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras to contemporary forms of yoga such as Vinyasa Flow, Anusara and Ashtanga.
