Yoga and Meditation

I have been an avid practitioner of Yoga and Meditation for over 13 years and a teacher for 10 years.  I still know I have so much to learn

Both practices have helped me to develop a deeper understanding of myself, others and the world in which we live. Both are excellent tools for clarity, simplicity and contentment.

At times when I have stopped practicing, I see how quickly I lose the relaxed rhythm of life that I have developed. 

The benefits of Yoga and Meditation are countless and innumerable so I won't list them all here.

But just to say that these ancient practices will allow you to develop and maintain a positive and healthy attitude on life and deeply enrich your life.
