Ruth is a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Pregnancy Teacher, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Pilates Instructor and Thai Yoga Masseuse. She has trained and practiced Yoga, Meditation , Mindfulness and Massage in India, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Thailand, Greece and Ireland.

Ruth teaches classes, workshops and retreats in both Ireland and Spain. She has taught in Open Minds Yoga Studio, The Olive Tree, Dublin Holistic Centre, Hot Yoga Malahide, The Elbowroom , Dublin and Winestreet Wellness-Sligo, in many businesses and charitable organisations and in Community and Private classes. Ruth has worked with all levels and all ages from teens to Senior Citizens.
